Event Terms

• You will be required to sign a release of liability & hold harmless agreement at setup.

• Payment is $25 cash only. - No utilities will be provided.

• Spots are 10x10 and assigned by the coordinator. 

• Load-in starts at 1:00 pm and NO Later than 2:15 pm.

• Load Out is NO earlier than 7:30 pm and will be determined by the coordinator. No Exceptions.

Please note that we have limited space and reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.
